ah, basil wolverton!!! along with alex raymond and gil kane, one of my all-time favourite artists. the man was a genious, one of those very, very rare comic artists who was genuinely out there, a one-of-a-kind. i honestly believe that there is no one who can hold a candle to him. i am in awe of his stuff, even now after all these years. i've posted quite a bit of his stuff over on my own blog, but these i have never seen before. thankyou SO MUCH for posting them.
