Your site has become one of the best -- if not *the* best -- resources for lovers of art and illustration, and I'm very grateful for your efforts.

Would you by any chance have more scans of work by Roy Krenkel, Franklin Booth, Harry Clarke, and Boris Dolgov? The fine examples available right now have left me hungry for more.

Once again, thank you for these beautiful scans!

Kind Sir, I must convey my earnest gratitude for you enriched blog. The artist and artwork you've chosen to display is sublime in its scope, and rewarding in finding unknown artist. I hope that your interest and in sharing that interest to others finds its own delights--you are too kind by far in sharing your blog. Continued good health, and thank you for sharing.

This remains my favorite blog. Thanks for continuing to post large scans, and finding things I'd never see if not for your hard work.

I just discovered this blog yesterday (6-22-09) and am amazed and delighted at the volume, variety and quality of illustrative work displayed here!

I would like to note, relative to the Opar illustration # 10 - Tarzan drawing a bow - that he is depicted laying the arrow over the wrong side of his bow hand. It is amazing how often I encounter this very fundamental error!
