Truly a blast from the past - I had borrowed this book from the library when I was a child 50 years ago, and I still hold fresh the memory of some of those wonderful images. I had a shock of recognition on seeing them again. Thank you.

holy crap. I have been going through pretty much every post on this blog after finding it a few weeks ago. There's so much good stuff here, but now this. I totally had a copy of this book as a kid and I had been looking to get a used copy lately but i forgot it was called Prehistoric Animals and not Dinosaurs. Thanks so much.

thanks for scanning them all ... what happened to image #11? in my book there is an image of a fish with a horn called Pleuracanthus
