Thanks for sharing these images. A couple of typo corrections: the book title was Queen Zixi of Ix, and (assuming Mr. Buchanan was referring to Baum’s most frequent fantasy illustrator) that artist’s name was John R. Neill.
I caught that typo of Mr. Door Tree's, but figured he would fix it. I caught my own typo, only too late, and there was no way to fix it except to comment again, red-faced, becauz of kourse I new bitter.

Really nice one, Mr. Door Tree. I love the earthy color palette. Richardson could have give O'Neill a real run for his money.

I think we both need to be cut a little slack on a typo here and there considering the amount of art we share!
Mr. Door Tree, I suppose we could cut back on the quantity of our posts and concentrate on making sure each word is correct.
