Bruce Jones

Red Circle Sorcery #7 ~ June/1974
(penciled by Bruce Jones with partial inks by Wrightson, Kaluta & Jones)

Madhouse #96 ~ Nov/1974

In the early 1970's with the success of Bode', Jones and Wrightson's
comic strips in men's magazines Bruce Jones had a go at it in
Escapade Jan/1973...this is the only installment of Connie Lingus
I've ever seen...anyone know if there were any others published?

The name “Valarie Lewton” (in “Demon Kiss”) of course alludes to Val Lewton.

COMMENTS, CORRECTIONS, ETC

For the record:

RED CIRCLE sorcery #7:
The story was penciled entirely by Bruce Jones, Jeff Jones, Berni Wrightson and M. Kaluta stopped by and inked a few figures.

MADHOUSE #96
Pencils and Inks by Bruce Jones; M. Kaluta had nothing to do with the job.

Thanks,

BRUCE JONES

Bruce,

Many thanks for the corrections, no disrespect intended! How about the Connie Lingus strip did you do other installments?

I remember reading other Connie Lingus stories in the Spanish Magazine Zona 84. It was one of Josep Toutain magazines. Found this partial image
